BYOP is a go at your own pace, full body or half body workout, bootcamp that you design with the help of our personal trainer.
Choose either (In person) or (through Zoom) The list of workouts will be categorized by ares of the body.
Design your workout using one from each area. Either we provide equipment for in person or using your own equipment at home through Zoom! 

If in person please make note!
Each person wears a mask into the building and as you set up your station. Then also as you clean up and leave. Masks are not required during workouts due to being 10 feet apart.
